Society is now ruled by a megalopolis called "Neo-City", a huge network of futuristic structures and towers rising skyward. However, Neo-City is corrupted by powerful corporations that exploit the masses for their own gain.

You play as a talented and rebellious hacker, known as "Zero", who fights against the oppression and inequalities of Neo-City. Your objective is to unveil the dark secrets of the corporations, free the population and restore justice.
